 Step 2: Phone Consultation
Call us or fill out this form to schedule a no-obligation free phone consultation. During that interview, we'll learn more about how you want to use your Big Moment film. You can tell us about all the photos, video clips, music and other materials you want to include in the finished video. We will talk about the tone you want to strike, whether it's humor, excitement, nostalgia or heartfelt sentiment -- or maybe a little of each.
Now's the time to give us all the information that can help us produce a film that is unique to you. Anecdotes and other details about the person or persons your Big Moment Film is focused on will help us create a story through sound and images that will make your video montage personal and memorable.
Step 3: Production
Armed with the raw materials – photos and video clips mostly, along with news clippings, documents and whatever else you might want to include, we'll go into production.
First, we'll color-correct and crop your photos, touching them up to ensure every picture looks its best. (We'll also include the retouched photos on the DVD we send you). We'll work with you to select music to accompany the images. Then we'll put it all together.
Step 4: Your turn
A week or two after we start, we'll send you a link to view a rough cut of your Big Moment Film on the web. You'll watch this "draft" version of the film and give us feedback so we can tweak it to make it just right. If for any reason you're not satisfied, don't forget that we offer a 100% money-back guarantee.
We'll make changes based on your notes, and in about a week we'll ship you the finished project. You'll get two copies of your film that you can show to family and friends, each on a laser-inscribed disc perfectly packaged for gift-giving. Every Big Moment Films DVD includes custom-designed menus that use photos and video from your project.
